The Central Atlantic Affiliate
of College and University Residence Halls
CAACURH was established in 1991 when the North Atlantic Affiliate (NAACURH) was split into two regions. CAACURH consists of Delaware, Washington, D.C., Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
The Great Lakes Affiliate
of College and University Residence Halls
GLACURH was established in 1968 separating from the Midwest Affiliate (MACURH). GLACURH consists of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ontario, and Wisconsin.
The Intermountain Affiliate
of College and University Residence Halls
IACURH is among the oldest regions, established in 1961 at the same time as MACURH it was a founding region of NACURH. IACURH consists of Alberta, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Northwest Territory, Saskatchewan, Utah, and Wyoming.
The Midwest Affiliate
of College and University Residence Halls
MACURH, along with IACURH was established in 1961 as one of the founding regions of NACURH. MACURH consists of Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Manitoba, Nebraska, North Dakota, Nunavut, and South Dakota.
The North East Affiliate
of College and University Residence Halls
NEACURH was established in 1991 when the North Atlantic Affiliate (NAACURH) was split into two regions. NEACURH consists of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Brunswick, New Hampshire, Newfoundland and Labrador, New York, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
The Pacific Affiliate
of College and University Residence Halls
PACURH was first established 'on paper' in 1964. In 1975 PACURH was split into the Pacific Northwest (PNACURH) and the Southern Pacific (SPACURH). Finally in 1979 the regions were realigned and reformed PACURH. PACURH consists of Alaska, British Columbia, California, Hawaii, Oregon, Washington, and the Yukon Territory.
The South Atlantic Affiliate
of College and University Residence Halls
SAACURH, like PACURH was established 'on paper' in 1964, and held its first conference in 1968. SAACURH consists of Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
The Southwest Affiliate
of College and University Residence Halls
SWACURH was created in 1980 after MACURH was again divided. SWACURH consists of Arkansas, Louisiana, Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.
