Regional Chat Protocol
Regional Chats are typically held over AIM on the first Monday of each month, however they sometimes occur on different dates or times for various reasons. Check the Regional Calendar for specifics.
To join a regional chat, send an AIM message to your respective RCC, and ask to be invited to the chat.
Northern Subregion- nrccpacurh
Central Subregion- CRCCofPACURH
Southern Subregion- pacurhsrcc
Some symbols to memorize for official Regional Chats
"*" are snaps, snaps are to show support or agreement
"&" are sometimes used when you need to request the floor of the chat.
"!" is used when you have requested the floor and want to yield back to the facilitator.
"Y" means YES in a vote
"N" means NO in a vote
To speak or ask a question in the official Regional Chat
"X-Name- your statement or question."
To reply to a person in the official Regional Chat
"@ name of person you are responding to- your response."
